• Morning Light Roast (4 oz): Our lightest roast. Jasmine, citrus zest, green apple. Bright, floral, and delicate.

The Fire-Roasting Difference

All three roasts in this set are fire-roasted over white oak in small 5-pound batches. Unlike industrial drum roasting, our open-flame technique creates subtle smoke notes and deeper caramelization that you simply can't achieve any other way. Each roast is then sealed with honey — a different variety for each roast level — which preserves freshness naturally and adds our signature whisper of sweetness.

Freshness Guarantee

Every Sampler Set is roasted to order. We don't pre-roast and warehouse our coffee. When you place your order, we roast your beans within 48 hours, honey-seal them while still warm, and ship them directly to you. The honey seal keeps beans fresh for up to 3 weeks after opening — no need for special storage containers or freezing.
