Free Shipping
All orders over $40 ship free within the continental United States. We believe great coffee shouldn't come with surprise shipping costs.
Standard Shipping
Orders under $40 ship for a flat rate of $5.99 via USPS Priority Mail.

Processing Time
Because we roast to order, please allow 1-2 business days for processing before your order ships. We roast Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends will be roasted the following Monday.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Freshness in Transit
Our honey-sealed beans are naturally protected during shipping. The honey coating preserves freshness even in warm conditions. No special packaging or ice packs needed — your coffee will arrive ready to brew.
Subscription Shipping
All subscription orders ship free regardless of order size. Subscriptions ship on the same day each cycle (based on your start date) and arrive within 2-4 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a USPS tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within 7 business days of the shipping confirmation (domestic), please contact us at hello@greenmancoffeeco.com. We'll investigate with USPS and either reship your order or issue a refund.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada only for international orders. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. We're working on expanding our international shipping options — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.
