Our craft begins at the fire.
Every batch is roasted by hand over an open oak fire using traditional methods that place the character of the bean ahead of the convenience of automation. We roast with patience rather than speed, allowing each coffee to develop according to its own nature instead of forcing it into a predetermined profile.
But our craft is only half of the story.
The other half belongs to you.
The moment you open one of our bags, the craft passes into your hands.
